July 2010
Not only were my children at home for 6 weeks but 2 of my older daughters came to visit us, along with 2 of my nieces.
I did get busy taking pictures while they were here :D
Ready for a family day out
Their first time on a roller coaster. My youngest was LOVIN' it!
Some fun in the Pedal Boats :o)
My Niece's wanted a photoshoot. Here are two of my favourites :o)
Down on the Beach making sandcastles.
And finally, a photoshoot with my 21 year old daughter <3

Just finished making a Robot :o)
So ... a pringles tube, milk bottle lids, pepsi max bottle lids, newspaper, pipe cleaners, cardboard ...
and a few layers of kitchen towel and PVA glue later ... we're almost done ...
... now for some Silver and Black Acrylic Paint. Some white for the eyes and some catchlights, of course, teeth, keyhole and electric coloured buttons and a few shadows here and there and it's all done!
In other news ...
I am extremely proud to announce that one of my 14 year old daughters tried out for the County Hockey Team with the Army Cadet Force and made it!
Then she had to go away for the NATIONAL try out ... and made that too!
Then she had to go play matches against other ACF counties in the National Tournament and the North West ACF came 1st!!!
Yay! WTG Jennie and all the other members of her team.
We wanted to show her how proud we were of her so we bought her a Trophy and had it engraved with her name.
Well done Jennie! I am so proud of you!

Oh dear!!!
I've fallen behind so badly, I don't think I will post all my pictures from the last half of June and the first half of July.
In fact, I have been so bad at keeping up with posting, I think I will just post a favourite as and when I get it.
I just can't keep it up anymore. I am so busy with life in general and photography projects.

We went to a farm show and hubby spotted this man with an extremely old camera. I was cheeky enough to approach him and ask if he minded if I took his picture :D
... we also saw some birds of prey at the show

Day 152 - 1st June
"Digital Alphabet Soup"
Pictures taken for a challenge.
Gone 3am and I have completed the challenge already! It was only set today! The challenge was "Digital Alphabet Soup".
I had to create my name out of photo's of objects that represented the letters of my name. I wasn't allowed to use real letters though!
It was fun!
Soooo here it is...my composite shot for my picture of the day ... my name :D
